BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.
Main Task
- Abide by national work safety law, environmental protection law, occupational disease prevention and treatment law, fire protection law and other relevant laws and regulations.

- Strictly comply with company’s EHS rules and regulations, be responsible for EHS of this position, and correctly wear and use personal protective equipment.
嚴格遵守公司EHS規(guī)章制度，對本崗位的EHS負責，正確穿戴和使用個人防護用品。
- Receive various kinds of work safety education and training, know well work safety knowledge required by work of this position, improve work safety skills, strengthen accident prevention, fire protection and emergency treatment capability, and attend EHS activities at least once per month.
接受各類安全生產教育和培訓，熟悉本崗位工作所需的安全生產知識，提高安全生產技能，加強事故預防、消防和應急處理能力，每月至少參加一次EHS活動。
- Report any accident potential (including work safety, occupational disease hazards, environment, etc.), unsafe factors or accidents discovered to supervisor or EHSQ in a timely manner; the person receiving the report shall deal with it in a timely manner.
及時向主管或EHSQ報告任何事故隱患（包括工作安全、職業(yè)病危害、環(huán)境等）、不安全因素或事故；收到報告的人應及時處理。
- Manage and urge maintenance people to abide by “Regulations on Routine Maintenance and TAR Civilized Repair” and safety operation procedure for maintenance workshop.
管理和督促維修人員遵守《日常維修和大檢修文明維修規(guī)定》和維修車間安全操作規(guī)程。
- Rationally allocate maintenance people according to priority principle of maintenance work orders to eliminate rotating equipment failures.
根據維修工單的優(yōu)先原則，合理配置維修人員，消除轉動設備故障。
- Develop and maintain working plans for recurring tasks.
制定并維護重復性任務的工作計劃
- Participate daily morning meeting to know the production requirements for new created notifications.
參加每日的晨會以便知曉因生產需要而新生成的通知單。
- Review work orders for technical completeness, evaluate need of time、 material、 staff、 equipment and other faculties.
審核工單的技術完整性，評估工單對時間、材料、人員、設備和其它設施的需求。
- Check with discipline engineers if spare parts setup is reasonable and whether the critical spare parts in the warehouse are available.
同專業(yè)工程師一起審查備件設置是否合理以及倉庫中的關鍵備件是否可用。
- Coordinate with plant staff to determine maintenance window of equipment to be repaired, identify the permit requirements.
同裝置人員進行協(xié)調確定待維修設備的維護窗口期以及作業(yè)許可要求。
- To plan manpower、services and materials, design detailed work steps for maintenance preparation in work order, such as scaffolding、insulation、 special tools.
計劃人力、服務和材料, 為工單的準備工作設計詳細的工作步驟，如腳手架、保溫、專用工具。
- Focus on backlogs，Build the daily、weekly、monthly scheduling, coordinate and lead the scheduling meetings.
關注積壓工作，建立日排程、周排程、月排程，協(xié)調和主導排程會議。
- To take care for enough resources for meeting the demand from both normal and urgent maintenance requests ；Adjust of the schedule to get optimal utilization of each resource.
關注正常維修和緊急維修請求所要求的充分資源，調整排程以獲得各項資源的最佳利用。
- Work with relevant departments to prepare work log in reasonable level.
與相關部門合作完成合理的工作日志
- Manage repair history records and close notifications and work orders in SAP.
管理維修歷史記錄并在SAP系統(tǒng)內關閉工單以及通知單。
- Coordinate with other discipline planners for the co-planning when interdisciplinary maintenance exists.
當跨專業(yè)的維修存在時與其它專業(yè)的計劃員一起完成總體規(guī)劃。
- Timely finish other work assigned by superior managers.
及時完成上級經理安排的其它工作。
- Have good EHS implementation、maintenance and overhaul safety factors.
具有良好的EHS實施、維護和大修安全要素。
- Have the ability to identify job package resource needs，especially know which maintenance procedures and special requests are necessary.
具有識別工作包資源需求的能力，尤其是懂得哪些維修步驟和特殊要求是必要的。
- Create schedules that make the most effective use of the available resources.
制定排程使現有資源得到最有效的利用。
任職要求:
Requirements
- Have college degree or above with major in mechanical;
機械專業(yè)本科及以上學歷
- Above 10 years’ experience in the chemical plant and at least 5 years working in chemical plant maintenance ;
10年以上化工企業(yè)工作經歷，5年及以上化工裝置維修經驗
- Have experiences in routine maintenance and turnaround maintenance. Familiar with maintenance work process & mechanical maintenance sequence in chemical plant ;
具有常規(guī)檢修和大檢修經驗，熟悉化工裝置維修流程及機械維修步序
- Familiar with SAP operating system;
熟悉SAP操作系統(tǒng)
- Experiences of schedule tools will be a plus, such as Sigga or Prometheus system;
具有排程工具使用經驗將是一個加分項，例如Sigga 或者 Prometheus 系統(tǒng)。
- Can use critical path methodology in job plans;

- Have good communication and collaboration skills;
