職位描述

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要崗位職責(zé)

1. Technical support in HT-L gasification pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup all activities. Manage daily operation activities in related HT-L Gasification train, ensure each operation action following up SWIM and Checklist. 提供氣化裝置試開車技術(shù)支持。負(fù)責(zé)所轄氣化系列的日常工藝和操作管理，確?！恫僮鞣ā泛蜋z查表得到貫徹。
2. Support to identify and complete the Gasification DHR&ORR actions agreed with Hohhot Co.
幫助確認(rèn)和完成呼和浩特公司批準(zhǔn)的氣化裝置設(shè)計(jì)危險(xiǎn)審查&操作可靠性審查的整改項(xiàng)。
3. Find the trouble and issue in scope in time, quickly deal with site any safety and operation issue with correct way, work close with maintenance to quickly deal with equipment issue. 及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和正確處理所轄氣化系列安全隱患和生產(chǎn)故障，與維修緊密工作、迅速解決設(shè)備故障。
4. Identify and implement opportunities to improve Gasification operational efficiencies，reliability projects. Responsible to develop and implement Gasification SWIM. 負(fù)責(zé)制訂優(yōu)化氣化裝置運(yùn)行效率和可靠性的改造項(xiàng)目，負(fù)責(zé)修訂和完善氣化裝置操作手冊
5. Check DCS alarm sheet in scope every day, find the abnormal condition, work close with other function team, deal with any abnormal issue in time 每天檢查所轄氣化系列報(bào)警畫面，查找不正?，F(xiàn)象及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)處理。
6. To coordinate with Gasification Process Control Engineer, Maintenance Engineers to maintain scoped train safe and stable operation to meet supply chain production needs. 與氣化裝置工藝控制工程師、維修工程師協(xié)調(diào)共同維持合成氣穩(wěn)定安全供應(yīng)，滿足生產(chǎn)要求。
7. Responsible to participate in process safety reviews & OPHR to improve Gasification safety performance. 參與氣化裝置工藝安全審查，以提高裝置安全性能。

JOB REQUIREMENTS 崗位要求

1. Job incumbent should have chemical process or chemical engineering bachelor degree.
化學(xué)工程與工藝相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
2. Job Incumbent is expected to have rich actual operation experience of Shell Or HT-L Gasification, including commissioning and startup. At least 5 year’s experiences. Engineering experience is preferred.
5年以上的殼牌爐或航天爐氣化裝置試開車、運(yùn)行和維護(hù)、生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有工程建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的更好
3. Current position on Jinhua/GE Gasification Production Process Engineer will be priority.
現(xiàn)職晉華爐或者GE氣化爐氣化生產(chǎn)工程師優(yōu)先
4. Good office software using skill. 良好的使用辦公軟件
5. Mid-level oral English and written English will be helpful. 中級英語
