職位描述

BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

You will responsible for providing all key General Plot Plan activities for multiple Zhanjiang Verbund Site CapEx projects or eMOC. 負(fù)責(zé)給巴斯夫湛江一體化基地新型投資或在役工廠改造項(xiàng)目提供總圖專業(yè)相關(guān)工作。

Main tasks

? Assist the Project/Engineering Manager with any concerns related to General Plot Plan engineering or construction. 支持項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理/設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)理處理關(guān)于總圖專業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)及施工問(wèn)題；
? Coordinate, monitor & control all key General Plot Plan activities towards contractor or engineering partner's work in individual Projects. 在項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過(guò)程中，協(xié)調(diào)、監(jiān)督和控制承包商或工程合作伙伴在總圖專業(yè)的所有主要活動(dòng)；
? Monitor resources, timeline, performance, and costs in regard to General Plot Plan discipline at projects. 監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過(guò)程中與總圖專業(yè)相關(guān)的人力資源、進(jìn)度、表現(xiàn)和費(fèi)用;
? Prepare Cost Estimate, supervising or preparing Basic Engineering documents and Technical Bid Evaluation. 提供費(fèi)用估算，監(jiān)督或提供基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)文件和技術(shù)投標(biāo)評(píng)估；
? Establish local know-how and market contacts in the relevant discipline and share with other/new project teams in BASF Asia Pacific and globally. 在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域建立本地專業(yè)技術(shù)和市場(chǎng)聯(lián)系，并與亞太區(qū)和全球的其他團(tuán)隊(duì)或項(xiàng)目分享；
? Make sure the local Regulation or special requirement regarding to General Plot Plan discipline are met in projects; Support the local authority permitting work as necessary by consulting the government authorities and providing related documentation. 確保項(xiàng)目遵守與總圖專業(yè)相關(guān)的當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)或特殊要求；必要時(shí)通過(guò)咨詢政府機(jī)構(gòu)并提供相關(guān)文件支持項(xiàng)目許可及取證工作；
? Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在與工程合作伙伴、當(dāng)?shù)卦O(shè)計(jì)院、供應(yīng)商及施工單位等執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中充分代表業(yè)主利益。提供技術(shù)及合同監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)；
? Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF’s commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思維，深刻理解并執(zhí)行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念；

任職要求：
What we expect

? Education教育背景：　　　　　　
- Bachelor’s degree with major study in General Plot Plan engineering 總圖專業(yè)（總圖運(yùn)輸，城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃等）本科畢業(yè)
- Master’s degree will be an advantage研究生學(xué)歷優(yōu)選

? Working Experience工作經(jīng)歷：
- At least more than 10 years total working experiences 至少10年工作經(jīng)歷
- At least 9 years’ work experience in General Plot Plan engineering function in petrochemical, chemical or Pharmacy industry 至少9年在醫(yī)藥石油化工行業(yè)從事總圖設(shè)計(jì)
- Work experience in international environment is an advantage 有國(guó)際公司工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先

? Technical & Professional Knowledge技術(shù)及資質(zhì)要求：
- Holding engineer or senior engineer certificate is mandatory 必須持有中級(jí)或高級(jí)總圖工程師證書
- Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English熟練掌握中英文
- Good knowledge in national and international General Plot Plan discipline codes/standards精通總圖專業(yè)相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)及國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范
- Familiar with construction work of General Plot Plan 熟悉總圖施工
