職位描述

1. Work closely with other operators and maintenance engineers to be responsible for daily operation of LASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery system, product quality control, trailer loading, routine field/equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant run safely and efficiently.
與其他操作員以及工程師密切合作，負責日常運行，包括工藝控制，管道輸送系統(tǒng)，產品質量保證，槽車充裝，現(xiàn)場/設備日常檢查等。確保工廠安全高效運行；
2. Record daily/monthly production report and execute daily/monthly routine job.
記錄每日/每月產量報表，并完成每日/每月日常任務；
3. Assist maintenance engineers to implement preventive maintenance.
協(xié)助維修工程師進行預防性維修；
4. Attend safety meeting and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on) and write safety reports.
參加安全會議，進行安全審核（包括APSAM，BSP，5M，安全行動培訓等），以及編寫安全報告。
5. Know clearly relevant process procedures and the operation of all site equipment, and surely can start up or shut down the plant himself. Surely can take ASU plant warm start up and plant defrost by himself.
熟悉相關流程以及現(xiàn)場設備的操作，能自主開停車，能夠暖場啟動和工廠除霜。
6. Attend all required training and obtain required certifications and qualifications. Learn and implement relevant procedure/safety standard.
參加所有要求的培訓并取得認證和資格證書，學習并實施相關程序/安全標準；
7. Abide by AP policies and regulations, follow EH&S procedure/ standard
遵守公司政策和規(guī)章制度，遵循EH&S規(guī)程和標準；
8. Improve English level gradually, be able to read safety manual and operation manual.
逐步提高英語水平，能閱讀安全手冊和操作手冊；
9. Any other duties as assigned.
其他指定任務。

JOB REQUIREMENTS
任職資格
? College or above in Chemical process, Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Industrial automation, Instrument engineering or related disciplines.
? 化工、機械、電氣、工業(yè)自動化或儀表等化工類相關專業(yè)大專及以上學歷。
? Simple English reading skill.
? 簡單英語閱讀能力
? Good knowledge in safety.
? 良好的安全知識
? Honest, positive, hardworking, learning fast, good team work spirit and strong execution power.
? 為人誠實，積極向上，吃苦耐勞，學習能力強，具有良好的團隊合作精神和較強的執(zhí)行力
? Suitable for shift work.
? 適應倒班工作。
