Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
"1. Implement and optimize the IMS maitenance system, improve the effiency of maintenance in his or her scope

"2. Be responsible for preventive maintenance of plant equipments daily and periodly according to the maintenance plan
根據(jù)維修計(jì)劃負(fù)責(zé)工廠設(shè)備的日常和定期預(yù)防性維護(hù)，保證其正常運(yùn)行"
"3. Be responsible for emergency responsing and handling to the sudden breakdown of plant equipments
工廠設(shè)備突發(fā)故障的緊急響應(yīng)及處理"
"4. Analyze the root cause of breakdown and prevent recurrence, improve the SOP and facilities
分析故障根本原因并預(yù)防再次發(fā)生，改善相關(guān)SOP和設(shè)施"
"5. Manage and maintain resource of maintenance including subcontractors, spare parts and comsumables
管理和維護(hù)分包商、備件及易耗品等維修資源"
"6. Be responsible for the corrective maintenance in his/her scope

Key Competencies Required對(duì)應(yīng)核心能力要求
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，化工機(jī)械相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)（偏轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)類(lèi)優(yōu)先）
2. 3年以上化工企業(yè)機(jī)械相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. 英文讀寫(xiě)能力良好
4. 良好的溝通技巧
5. 執(zhí)行能力強(qiáng)，團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)良好
