職位描述

崗位職責(zé)：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

In this position, you are responsible for promoting the safety behavior and standards of contractors. Supervise and lead the contractors to follow the safety rules on-site, and regular safety review and audit on contractors.

Main tasks

EHS Management
1. Be responsible for the implementation of EHS policy, procedures and BASF Responsible Care codes of the site/plant to ensure compliance and safety execution.
2. Develop and update relevant contractor safety management based on EHS laws, standards of China and BASF company EHS policy and regulations.
3. Ensure training and compliances of safe job procedure, work permit system, EHS guideline, local and international rules and regulations to BASF staff and contractors.
4. Lead or support to identify unsafe conduct and conditions, risk assessment, accident/incident investigation, reporting, etc. always ensure the employees and contractors in the safe work environment with proper PPEs, tools and facilities with safe job method.

Contractor Safety management
1. Perform the evaluation/ assessment on contractors.
2. JSA / HIRA / Work Plan review for risky works.
3. On-site supervision for contractor performance.
4. Safety briefing / Tool-box meeting and Coordination on PTW process.
5. Participate and lead the Incident Report & Investigation.
6. Provide the special safety service for the critical task: (safety watcher & rescue standby for confined space…)
7. Communication with contractors on: Contractor safety community; Monthly Safety Meeting; Best practice sharing; Lesson learnings, etc.
8. Optimizing and run the contractor management system and digitalization.
9. Workshop management and standardization for the in-house contractors.
10. Drive the safety program such as hazard hunting and tracking.

任職要求：
Job requirements

1. Education: bachelor degree and above in safety related, engineering, chemical.
2. Working Experience: Above 5 years' experience in chemical company as safety roles or contractor management.
3. Certificate Safety Engineer.
4. Good English in written and spoken.
